On 5 March 2012, the mayor of town Stakliškės Mr. Gintautas Kaminskas and delegation from Romania led by Stakliškės secondary school teachers Vitalija Varžukaitė and Vidas Davičikas, visited the 1st Radar Site of the Airspace Surveillance and Control Command of the Lithuanian Air Force. Ten students and four teachers as participants of the bilateral Comenius project "I am a European Citizen" came from the "Andrei Saguna" school, located in Deva, Romania. Guests were introduced to the 1st Radar Site activities, tasks and equipment.
