On the 16th of January Lithuanian Air Force Air base personnel had invited colleagues from Danish Royal Air Force and Lithuanian Air Force Armament and Equipment Repair Depot for the bowling tournament.

The tournament was not only a competition, but also a good opportunity for Lithuanian and Danish colleagues to make stronger relationship and discuss daily life issues. In the end of tournament three best teams and the best player were awarded with souvenirs.

Danish Royal Air Force detachment currently is in charge of NATO QRA mission over three Baltic States. Danish comrades have started their fourth mission on the 3rd of January, 2013. For four months period Danish Air Force has deployed 47 soldiers and 4 fighters F - 16. The commander of the detachment is major Kresten Dam Andersen.
