On February 12-13 Commander of the Lithuanian Air Force Colonel Dainius Guzas is taking part in the annual NATO Air Chiefs' Symposium where topical air force issues, development of cooperation, scheduling of joint exercises and other possible ways of interaction, as well as other aspects and challenges related to aviation, will be discussed by NATO and NATO partners' air forces counterparts.


The event is also attended by Sergeant Majors of NATO allies' Air Forces to address retention of technical personnel in service with the Air Forces, cultivation of teamwork mindset, and installation of communications novelties for NCOs and soldiers.


The NATO Air Chiefs' Symposium is organised by the NATO Allied Air Command in Ramstein (Germany) twice a year, in spring and autumn.
