March 25, Commander of the Multinational Division North East (MND-NE) Major General Jarosław Górowski paid a visit to the National Defence Volunteer Force Headquarter with a delegation, Division Chief of Staff Colonel Aleksiejus Gaiževskis and acting Senior Enlisted Leader Sergeant Major Tomasz Ulatowski.
The officers discussed major directions of force activities. Commander NDVF Col Darius Vaicikaukas presented service history, organization, ongoing readiness activities and main tasks, as well as technical, procedural and human interoperability in terms of defence objectives. Conducted and scheduled exercises were also discussed as well as other regional security and otherwise relevant topics.
Commander NDVF Col D. Vaicikauskas served in the capacity of Chief of Staff MND-NE in 2020-2023.
