International tactical air control party Exercise Furious Wolf 25-1

On 17–21 international tactical air control party (TACP) Exercise Furious Wolf 25-1 runs in Pajuostys, Panevėžys district, organized by the NATO Multinational Battle Groups in the Baltic states to hone planning and coordination of close air support and air attack control.

Over the period of the TACP exercise aircraft reinforcing the NATO Air Policing Mission in the Baltic states may spotted to the east from the Panevėžys City.  Also, local residents may notice explosion-like sounds due to hypersonic aircraft flights at a safe and permitted altitude over the exercise period. The exercise will be conducted round the clock, with troops in tactical vehicles on land but without ammunition, blanks nor pyrotechnics.
