On October 7 through 10 Klaipėda hosts the Baltic Command Senior Enlisted Leaders Conference, the event is organized in 3B+ format this year. The Conference is also attended by Command Senior Enlisted Leaders of Norway, the Netherlands, Moldova, Germany, Finland and Ukraine.
The Baltic and the Ukrainian Command Chief Enlisted Leaders presented and shared insights on integration of lessons learned in Ukraine in military training and social securities of military personnel. It is an annual event that provides the opportunity for experience and ideas exchange among the Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian Command Senior Enlisted Leaders, as well as for discussion on combat readiness and training situation in the respective countries, lessons learned in daily service, and cooperation development.
The Senior Enlisted Leaders Conference s have been organised since 2008 on a rotational basis, in 2026 it will take place in Latvia.
