Exercise Mighty Arrow 25 is a large annual series for mechanized force training organized by the Finnish Defence Forces since 2014. Training 2800 troops, Mighty Arrow 25 strengthens the overall operations readiness of Finland and NATO Allies and interaction between mechanized units on the battlefield. Approx. 2100 of the participants are Finnish, 1700 of them military conscripts, and the 700 remaining are Lithuanians, the British, Germans and Estonians. Nearly 500 pieces of tactical equipment, including approx. 160 tanks and armored vehicles, e.g. the CV9035 infantry fighting vehicles, BOXER and M113 armored personnel carriers and the AH-64E Apache helicopters.
The Lithuanian soldiers hone offensive and denial operations drawn close to real-life conflict conditions. One of the highlights of the exercise is rapid assembly of forces, cooperation with air force capabilities and interaction between different services.
