Ukrainian military graduated from the international course for instructors alongside NATO Allies

On November 18 International Instructor Course wrapped at the Lithuanian Armed Forces School. The several weeks of training was delivered to military personnel of NATO Allies to be able to carry out the functions of an instructor. As part of the continued assistance to Ukraine, the course was taught to military personnel of Ukraine as well.

Attendees of the training course were taught basics of military training, subjects of firing and arms, training of physical fitness and military pedagogics that are necessary to be able to plan and deliver training independently. The training course was conducted at the Military Academy of Lithuania and practical skills consolidated at Kazys Vieverskis Training Area. The servicemembers will immediately apply the experience acquired at the Military Academy of Lithuanian in training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Lithuanian Armed Forces continues and will continue rendering assistance to Ukraine in its defence against the Russian aggression: by supplying combat weapons and training Ukrainian colleagues to use it. Training is conducted in Lithuania and our Allies. The Lithuanian instructors group working in the United Kingdom is formed by the Lithuanian Armed Forces Lithuanian Great Hetman Jonušas Radvila Training Regiment, Division General Stasys Raštikis Lithuanian Armed Forces School, General Adolfas Ramanauskas Warfare Training Centre and the Military Medical Service personnel, alongside Allies it will prepare thousands of Ukrainian troops by the end of this year providing them with basic skills and knowledge to act and survive on the battlefield. The training programme will be repeated next year.
